At Bohomoon, we want you to love every piece you order, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. We offer a 14-day return period for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Bohomoon pouch and box to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
